Our four-sided hay bags are the only bags on the market that allow your horse to freely eat from any part of the hay bag. Been using these for years. They are the best on the market. Sturdy. Last forever. Can get 3 nice size flakes in them at least. I would never use anything else.

Having used many types of hay nets over 30yrs with horses these are the best I’ve used. They make it so much easier to get the hay in, are very strong yet I’m not worried about the horses and ponies getting caught up in them. They do look nice and I don’t think they will damage the ponies teeth when used daily in our dry lot. I purchased both the slow feed and the super slow feed nets. I like both- ponies prefer the larger openings lol because they can eat faster and I prefer the smaller openings to slow them down. The regular sized openings would be fine for trailering, keeping hay off the ground or occasional use but I like the smaller opening to make the hay last longer and keep it in the net better. The bottoms really are great and hold in smaller hay pieces.
The bags with mesh web on both sides hold up very well to the abuse of my mules. The ones with mesh on just one side, however, fall apart quickly. The fabric part just rips and goes to pieces.
I've gone thru a lot of hay nets over the years and have had to throw most of them away after just a little use. These ones last! I love that they are open on all sides so that horses can eat even if they do somehow twist them around. I've had 2 of them for a couple of years. They look like new! Just bought two more.
