Our unique web front hay bags are designed with cross stitches at every intersection and bartack stitching at all stress points along the top, sides, and bottom of the bag. This hay bag also features our exclusive Super Tough Bottom®: a grid of reinforced nylon webbing that will never rip like solid or mesh bottoms. Our bags are built tough from premium materials and are designed to last for years to come. This hay bag is designed to be a great everyday feeder for most horses and other animals: it measures 21"x7"x25" and can hold about 2-3 flakes of hay. This hay bag has 1.75” square front openings which will prevent hay wastage and slow down their rate of consumption, but still allow for frustration-free feeding. This premium hay bag also includes a 6-month limited manufacturer's warranty offered by Derby Originals.

Works great. Not to frustrating for your horse. It slows their eating which I great for hauling.
Great product, easy to load hay in (even with one hand!) Durability and quality are excellent, especially being used by my goats. They still manage to waste a bit of hay, but then again, we are talking goats!
My horses have been known to destroy some pretty pricey hay bags in a short amount of time. So far the Derby slow feed bags have held. They are heavily constructed . The top is secured with strong Velcro and heavy snap straps. I like the ability to hang the bag and also secure the bottom with thick straps as well. The slow feed webbing is perfect no pealing of nylon threads . Derby has made a high quality, affordable hay bag.
The hay bag seems to be built nicely, we use it every morning and night for feeding and the detachable straps make hanging the bag on the panels easy.
The bag is easy to fill and tote around.
