Received my bag later than expected after trying to cancel my order before it was even shipped, but customer service would not allow for it. Got the bag, loaded it with the hay, all good. The next day I noticed the corner of the bag was frayed, could’ve been that way when I received it, but didn’t notice. Reached out to customer service for a replacement/refund, they made me send them pictures after which time they said their “expert “determined that it was accidental damage that was my fault. They were not going to refund or replaced. They offered me $25 to purchase from them again. I will absolutely never purchase something from this company again, worst customer service ever, didn’t stand by their product, and then thought offering me $25 to buy something else from them would entice me but after this experience, I will never buy nor will I ever recommend this company. I had requested communication with a manager above customer service and never heard back. So disappointing wanted to support the business, but I’ve learned my lesson.
Well, it wasn’t quite the bag I wanted due to lack of extra venting, I do have to say that the bag is sturdy, water resistant is all I know so far from my first trip. Very large! I was nervous because the delivery was delayed and I had ordered them for my trip to CA. Got here just in time Unfortunately, one of the bags afraid/split at the seams with the first use – very disappointing. Will be reaching out to customer service in hopes that they will do right in replacing or refunding promptly. Will keep you posted.
It protects your hay, and a 3 string bale fits with room to spare. And I have had no issues with pests or mold.
But the durability is lacking.
Has not even been a year and the metal grommets around the vent holes have already fallen off and zipper pull broke- not off, but in half for some reason?
I was hoping that for the price it would be made of stronger material and last longer, but I guess if that were the case they could not keep selling enough to stay in business.
this bag was much more than i expected. very heavy-duty & plenty big for my 3-string 100# hay bales. very happy with this purchase !
