I have an American Bulldog, and he gets cold easily after a bath. I bought this because using an old t-shirt was not enough (and it did not fit right). I originally ordered an XL from this company several months ago, and it was too big for my dog (65 lbs). But I still used it because it has velcro in the front and a belt to tie around the dog to secure it closer to his body. Well, I finally got around to ordering a L, which fits him better. I like it as the dog does not seem to mind having it on and it does help to dry the dog faster (due to the microfiber). Also, it cuts down on the cold for my temperature-sensitive dog while lounging around the house. Would highly recommend.
Been looking for a dog robe/towel that I could keep on my dog after his bathes. My large, thin-haired dog would shiver after being bathed for some time afterward, as I could not completely get him dried. This not only holds well on the dog (he doesn't try to remove it), but also accelerates the drying process. I was surprised to find that it dried him better than my old towels. Just remember to launder before initial use for maximum absorbency (and do not dryer sheets, hangs dry well). Best item I've bought to help clean my dog!
