Shipping Policy
Orders may be placed online at www.derbyoriginals.com or by calling
330-494-4066. Orders are shipped by FedEx or USPS, which
is determined by the customer's choice at checkout. Shipping charges
for each carrier are calculated according to their own specification,
and therefore prices for each carrier will be different.
We accept check, money order, PayPal®, Visa, Master Card, or American
Express for domestic orders. If paying by check, please note that
checks will be held fifteen (15) business days prior to shipping
your order. For large international orders, we also offer direct
bank wire transfer. Upon receipt of order, we will email the customer
bank wire transfer details. All orders must be paid in full prior
to shipping.
DerbyOriginals.com offers Standard Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping
service for all local domestic orders. We also offer Express International
shipping in most countries worldwide. Custom Duties may apply to international
order based on the regulations of each country. Freight rates are
determined by the dimensional weight and destination of the package.
Total shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of
checkout.
If the Custom Duties are not paid
by the customer, we hold the right to charge them.
Super Fast Same Day Shipping!You can rely on our fast
and friendly shipping department! Most orders received before 3:00 pm EST
Monday through Friday are shipped that day from North Canton, Ohio. Orders
received after 3:00 pm will normally be shipped the next day. Your order is
shipped to you the way you have specified when ordering. Although infrequent,
delays can occur, so please allow up to seven (7) business days for
processing. Please allow extra time for products drop-shipped from
the manufacturer. Any order placed after 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday will be shipped
the following day. Any order placed late on Friday, all day
Saturday, or all day Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Shipping rates are based on where you are located in
relationship to our North Canton, Ohio warehouse, and how your order
will be shipped. APO & FPO orders must be shipped by US Mail with all
shipping charges paid by the customer. The time in-transit of Fed Ex
Ground is based on your delivery address distance from our North Canton,
Ohio headquarters. Please note, Fed Ex Ground delivers Monday through
Friday. Holidays are not included as a delivery day
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for any damages caused in transit or shortages.
If damage should occur, keep all evidence for inspection. All damages and shortages must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of package.

We adhere to a seven (7) day return or
exchange policy for all of our merchandise. The merchandise must be in its
original, unused condition, with all of the original tags and packaging to
qualify for a refund. To make an exchange or return, you will need to
contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. Failure
to do so will void your right to a refund or exchange. Items without the
original tags and packaging may only be exchanged upon approval.
To exchange or return an item, the customer must obtain a
return authorization number (RA#). Derby Originals reserves the right to
refuse any package without a return authorization number, and no exchange or
refund will be given at that time. There will be a 20% restocking fee for
all cancelled Special Orders once
the order is packed and ready to be shipped. All returned saddles will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, please be
sure to note the following items:

All items should be returned using the original
packaging. If this is not possible, please include as much of the
original packaging as possible.

All shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If
exchanging an item, Derby Originals will cover half of the return
freight. Please include a check for the amount imparted to you during
your initial contact.

Your return authorization number (RA#) must be written
on the outside package where it is clearly visible. We do not accept any
packages at our PO Box address, and the correct return address will be
given to you during your initial contact with the returns and exchanges
department. Derby Originals reserves the right to refuse any package
without a return authorization number (RA#).

All authorized returns must be received by us within
fourteen (14) business days of the initial contact with returns and
exchanges department.
All returns are subject to approval by the Derby Originals
staff prior to a refund being given or an exchange being made. If items are
found to be unacceptable, the item will be refused or a restocking fee
applied.
Horse fluids, such as urine and sweat, are highly acidic. Any suede leather
item that comes in contact with such fluids will bleed and is not covered by
their warranty. Derby Originals is not responsible for such incidents, and
the items are not returnable.

Ohio residents are required to pay sales tax. This amount is figured into the total purchase amount at checkout.

International Shipping
Canada -We ship to Canada via USPS and you will be
responsible for all shipping charges plus any Duty or Taxes due once the
parcel has cleared customs. We can confirm the shipping charges via email.
