Become a Dealer

The Following requirements are to be met for approval to become a dealer:

  1. Completion of our Dealer Application.
  2. A copy of your seller's permit number.
  3. Receipt of approval from our company.

The following requirements are to be met when placing an order with us:

  1. Opening order must be $1000.00 or more.
  2. All Re-orders must be a minimum of $100.00.
    (Placing an order less than $100.00 will incur a $10.00 processing fee.)



Payment Methods
All orders placed are to be prepaid. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, check or money order. All orders paid by check will be held 10 days until the check clears the bank.


Returns/Exchanges
Derby Originals has a seven (7) day unused exchange & return policy on all merchandise. Customers will need to contact us by phone at 330-494-4066 or email us within seven (7) days of receiving an order for return & exchange authorization. The following conditions also apply.

  1. All items are to be returned unused and in their original manufacturers packaging.
  2. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  3. Authorization number must appear on the shipping container
  4. There will be a 20% restock fee for all items returned for refund.
